Shin Tai Study Session

Deepen and expand your shiatu/shin tai knowledge with fellow colleagues in this new monthly program. The only prerequisite is that you have studied shin tai at some point either in-person or online. Even if you haven’t been giving treatments, we invite you to come and get support to energize your ability to do quality bodywork. This is an opportunity for you to connect with your community, clear and align your system, and hone your bodywork skills.

Each study session will include:

1. a proprioceptive exercise/light body journey

2. review of a topic & set of techniques

3. exchange treatments to practice our skills

Prerequisite: These study group sessions are for you if you’ve taken some shin tai courses either in-person or online. This can include governing vessel, conception vessel, structural alignment and/or central channel work.

You are welcome to attend via livestream if you don’t live nearby. Although you can’t do the treatment exchanges, you’ll get the benefit of personal energy work & topic/technique reviews.
