When you apply your conscious attention to something, some of your energy, your essence, flows towards it. This isn’t just a nebulous idea. Your attention creates a literal movement of life force. This has ramifications that may not always be obvious or even believed, but never the less, they’re occurring.

In regards to the light body activation material, anytime you’re reading about it, thinking about it, listening to it or practicing it, you’re contributing to the flow of energy in a certain frequency band of activity. Due to the network effect, the more people who interact with it, the more it expands. And the more it expands, the more utility and value it offers to those who use it. Your body is the key to accessing this network of energy and consciousness.

In this episode we explore this phenomenon while sensitizing ourselves to the effects we’re having on the network, as well as the effects the network is having on us. How exciting that your participation in these processes creates health, fulfillment, and growth, not only for yourself, but for the entire earth community!

The light body activation material can guide you into learning how to sensitize, expand and adjust the components of your developing energy system. These components begin to synthesize and accelerate until they mature into a functioning light body. This process is like tuning an instrument, but the instrument is your actual body. At the present time, most of us go about our daily tasks with bodies that are quite compressed and basically out of tune. Then we wonder why so much discord occurs when we try to play together. If a band began to play before tuning their instruments, it would sound pretty bad even if they were great musicians.

The use of our attention to these topics not only stimulates growth and value for us as individuals, but also contributes to a developing network of consciousness that benefits all beings. And the more active this network is, the more it improves in function and value. This is called the network effect. In other words, as the number of participants increases and their activity on the network increases, the network itself offers more and more value. And your body is the key to accessing a network of energy and consciousness.

If you want an example of how this works, think of the history of the internet. As more people gained access to it and more people became active content creators on it, its content and utility grew exponentially. Right now, you and I are bringing our attention to our personal development in regards to our energy system, which is evolving into a functioning light body. As this occurs we come into new possibilities for the exchange of information, communication and creativity.

Our consciousness naturally expands and begins to resonate with others who are interested in this kind of activity, causing a network of consciousness to expand and mature. Rather than separate clusters of being-ness (ie people), we start to function as a synthesized, harmonic manifestation of life. That doesn’t mean you lose any of your individual uniqueness. It means you can more clearly express your true nature, your true tone. This has immense repercussions throughout the planet.

How wonderful to know that just by giving your attention to these words, to these ideas, you’re generating value for yourself and others. You might be listening to this for healing, spiritual connection, or just because it’s fun. Regardless your reasons, your attention is helping to create value for all of us. No matter who you are, where you live or what you have, you’re a part of this dynamic creation.

On that note, let’s enter into a process to come into a direct experience of ourselves as well as this network of consciousness. We’ll be working with the outerbody layers, the chakras and the cranial bones, so I highly recommend you do some of the earlier episodes of this podcast if you haven’t already been introduced to these components.

Make sure you have a quiet space to focus where you won’t be disturbed. Put on some comfy clothes, turn off notifications on your phone, and settle in to enjoy your dear self. Here we go….

Conclusion

You’re accessing information from a very primitive, cellular level when you go into your body in the way you just did in the process. You don’t need to figure everything out with your mind right now, just feel. The sensations themselves are information. They will often filter down into intellectual understanding after the actual visceral experience.

It becomes more important to take care of your body as your energy system develops. As higher frequencies begin to stream through your cells, organs, meridians, chakras, and other aspects of your developing light body, they’ll exert more pressure against any restrictions. Here are some ways you can support your physical self to be as clear as possible so that the expanded frequencies don’t cause friction and discomfort:

  • spend time outside in nature, allowing the nurturing and nourishing vibrations of this lovely planet to penetrate your being

  • give yourself good quality fresh food, cooked with love, and eaten in a relaxed manner

  • trust your inner guidance to lead you to the most optimal supplements, teas, and special treats without getting too rigid about any of it

  • get plenty of sleep in a dark, quiet room

  • cultivate nourishing thoughts and beliefs

  • keep reaching for relief/improvement in how you feel no matter what’s going on around you - contentment is a skill you can practice
